Rich Rausch shares MDO new hire training process with local safety professionals

McWane Ductile Ohio (MDO) Safety Trainer Rich Rausch was recently invited by the Coshocton Safety Council (CSC) to share their new hire training process with 65 local safety professionals.  The CSC meets once a month and they invite safety professionals from the surrounding community and throughout the state of Ohio to make presentations at the meetings. 

Rich gave a presentation on the 5-day process in place at MDO that is designed to prepare new hires for their jobs in the plant and offices.  He discussed everything from HR to environmental, health and safety, computer based training, product testing and job responsibilities. 

The presentation was so well received that they invited MDO to return as a presenter next year.  Great job Rich!
